Sean joined the Northern HSC Trust in 2019 and worked in both Surgical and Clinical Services and Community Care in Service Improvement roles before taking up the role of Head of Improvement and Innovation in January 2022. Sean has a lead role in the continued development of a culture of continuous improvement. Developing and embedding Quality and improvement skills and cultivating a creative approach to innovation across the organisation.
Sean successfully completed the Scottish Improvement Leaders Programme in 2021 as part of cohort 24. Sean is passionate about improvement in healthcare and empowering staff to turn their ideas into improvements and driving the improvement agenda across Health and Social Care.
