Dawn is a Scottish Improvement Lead (ScIL) graduate and is currently in the 2nd year of a MSc in Business Improvement.
Dawn is the HSCQI Directorate Business Manager and Project Support with the responsibility for managing the business, administrative, governance and finance processes. Dawn works closely with network colleagues to support a number of HSCQI QI Regional Projects including the Scale Up projects, HSCQI Vision & Strategy and the HSCQI Quality Improvement Awards.
Dawn is a member of the ‘Q’ Community and also the Northern Ireland ‘Q’ country partner programme co-ordinator, working closely with the HSCQI ‘Q’ Country partner lead.
Dawn’s hopes for the future are to continue to develop her knowledge and skills further by continuous learning and by applying QI methodologies to all projects.
