Levette Lamb is Regional Senior Improvement Advisor with the HSCQI Hub. She is a registered nurse who has worked in a range of nursing and management posts including time spent at the Department of Health leading on a number of multi-professional improvement projects across the region.
In her HSCQI role Levette, leads on the development of NI learning system, Maternity and Paediatric collaboratives and is key contact for cross border collaboration. Levette is a founding member of the Health Foundations “Q” Community and also the lead for Q in N Ireland.
Levette has led on the development and inputted into QI training programmes and events locally, nationally and internationally.
She is a graduate of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Improvement Advisor Programme, the Patient Safety Executive Development Programme,the IHI Coaching Programme and has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
Levette is a firm believer that to create a true culture of quality improvement and reliability we need to engage everyone, and it can only be driven when we have strong alignment. Everyone has a role to play in improving care.
