Una recently joined the HSCQI Hub Team in 2022 as Personal Assistant having had a wealth of administrative experience in both the Private and Public Sector. Previously, Una worked in Saudi Arabia for over two years as Technical Writer for the Royal Family, writing their Health Service Policies.
Una has an ILM Certificate and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, has achieved an AMSPAR Level 5 Diploma and an RMN and recently completed a Degree in ‘Personal Development – Leadership and Management’ from the University of Dundee.
Una’s role within the HSCQI Hub team is to support the HSCQI Director Dr Aideen Keaney and the Hub Team with the daily administrative duties, scheduling and maintaining connections throughout the HSCQI Network.
Una loves being part of the Hub Team that supports one another daily. Una is looking forward to developing her Quality Improvement knowledge and to be part of a team actively involved in promoting quality and safety throughout the HSC Community of Northern Ireland.
