Levette Lamb is Regional Senior Improvement Advisor with the HSCQI Hub. She is a registered nurse who has worked in a range of nursing and management posts, including time spent at the Department of Health leading on a number of multi-professional improvement projects across the region.
Levette has led on the design and development of a number of bespoke QI training programmes and is the faculty lead for the delivery of the HSCQI Scottish Improvement Leaders Programme and key contact for the Q community in Northern Ireland.
She is a graduate of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Improvement Advisor Programme, the Patient Safety Executive Development Programme, the IHI Coaching Programme and has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
Levette is a firm believer that to create a true culture of improvement and reliability we need to engage everyone, and it can only be driven when we have strong alignment of purpose and compassion for each other. Everyone has a role to play in improving care.
