Gill Smith shares IHI Fellowship learning
The Northern Trust Health and Social Care Trust’s Innovation and Quality Improvement Lead, Gill Smith, this year got the opportunity to attend the IHI National Forum.
On her return Gill commmented:
‘I have to say it was probably one of the best learning and networking experiences I have ever had. There was so much to see, hear and learn. I am keen to share back to my HSCQI colleagues.
