‘Any clinical, support or Senior Management staff interested in participating in one of the four regional Scale Up efforts, are invited to register and participate. These are: Improving Sepsis Care in Prehospital and Secondary Care, Antimicrobial Stewardship in Primary and Community Care, Improving mental health and reducing the risk of suicide and enhancing GP presence in Safeguarding meetings coordinated by Social Care.
Whilst all four Scale Up projects are in different developmental stages, we look forward to the HSC in Northern Ireland having some focused external facilitation and expertise from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. The Institute has a proven track record on supporting large scale up efforts in different health and social care settings. Remember, numbers are limited so please register early for what should be an informative and productive day.’
