New poster repository on HSCQI website captures and cultivates Quality Improvement learning

8 April 2022

The continuous development and improvement of the HSCQI Website is essential to share best practise, news stories and support staff with QI tools and approaches. Recently the HSCQI Hub Team focused their attention on advancing the resources available for learning by adding a poster repository. This repository features posters showcasing work by individuals who took part in the Scottish Quality and Safety Fellowship Programme (SQS Fellowship) and the Scottish Improvement Leader (ScIL) Programme and capturing the great work carried out in Trust based QI programmes across Heath and Social Care.

Regional Senior Improvement Advisor for the HSCQI Hub, Levette Lamb voiced her delight for the website’s recent development, expressing

“It is so inspiring to see all this work accessible on the HSCQI website. This range of resources will hopefully increase opportunities for teams to learn from each other, implement change that works and accelerate the pace of improvement.”

To ensure that these QI project posters, from a wide range of multi-disciplinary backgrounds and subject areas are easily accessible, they have been divided into five main categories; Social and Community Care, Acute Care, Medication Safety, Primary Care and the SQS Fellowship and ScIL Programme. Additionally, an overarching search function has been added to the page which is efficient and user friendly. The search function allows individuals to find the desired resources using key words such as the topic area, organisation and author.
