SCiL Graduates from across NI Celebrate!

The aim of the Scottish Improvement Leaders Programme (ScIL) is to enable individuals to design, develop and lead improvement projects, lead and generate support for change, and provide expert QI support and advice in their organisations.  Graduates from across the HSCQI network recently celebrated their completion of the Scil Programme at an event in the Long Gallery in Stormont. This was the first SCIL Graduation for Northern Ireland participants on the course. The Graduates included a cohort a cohort who were sponsored to complete the course by Transformation Funding from the HSCQI Hub and a further two cohorts from Belfast Trust who completed  SciL. 

Speaking at the event Aideen Keany, Director of HSCQI commented:

“I am delighted that HSCQI has been able to support the first regional SCiL programme for Northern Ireland (SCiLs cohort 19)–  and that the participants of this programme come from many areas of the Northern Ireland Health and Social Care Family “ All the Health and Social care trusts alongside NIAS, PHA,HSCB, Department of Health, HSC Leadership Centre, RQIA, NIMTDA, NIPEC,NISCC, and the Clinical Education Centre.

A second regional programme suported by HSCQI  started  in Oct 2019
