This 4-week period presents an opportunity for SHSCT staff to enhance their knowledge and awareness of Quality Improvement offerings available within the Trust. It also enables Trust staff hear from their peers how quality improvement has enabled them deliver change to frontline services, and enhance patient experience. Staff will be able to see what is available daily by reviewing the Southern Trust app, social media channels, global emails and Southern-I.
Each week will have a specific theme and include teams and individuals reflecting on their experiences of conducting QI projects, attending QI training and being recognised internally and beyond!
QI Month will see the launch of a NEW Podcast Series. Each Tuesday will see a new guest and a new topic launched on South Pod and across your favourite Trust media channels. Beginning on Tuesday 24th May, Sam Riley from NHS Improvement will sit down for a conversation with Eliot Banks. Sam reflects on the success of her ‘Making Data Count’ model of presenting and analysing data and provides actionable insights and tips.
