Dr Helen McLaughlin has 30+ years’ experience of working within the NI voluntary sector, and as an independent consultant, providing training, strategic planning & evaluation services. Key training areas are leadership and collaboration and she managed, designed and delivered the Peace IV Transformative Leadership Programme at NICVA, bringing together public, voluntary & private sector in interface areas in Belfast to work together towards more collaborative leadership. Currently Engagement Manager with Age NI, Helen engages with a range of partners including the PHA, Trusts, HSCQI and DoH. Helen’s approach to leadership centres on collaborative approaches, understanding how teams work, identifying where things can go wrong and strategies for addressing challenges.
